We've made too many compromises already. Too many retreats. They invade our space and we fall back. They assimilate entire worlds and we fall back. Not again. The line must be drawn here! This far, no further!

But puppies are so much fun it was worth it. Anyway, the Chocolate female (Jojo) in the pics was SUPPOSED to go to my Dad, but my Mom nixed that right away. At that point we had four total, the Yellow in the pic (Mojo), my Black Nessie, the Chocolate (jojo) and the pup my wife kept for herself to train for Search and Rescue (Mouse). Mouse was the biggest of the litter. At 6 months he was bigger than his Sire (Mojo). But, the Boss said 4 was too many, so I sold my Black, and sold the wife's too. She still gets angry at me, even though she told me to sell two dogs. Mouse went to a home with a young girl (the little girl, she was 18 months old at the time) loved Mouse on the spot. He went with her right away. I told my Boss that God knew that little girl needed Mouse. The wife agreed, but I have still been in deep poo doo since. My son and I never mention Mouse, if we do, the Boss gets teary eyed and then gets mad and won't talk to either of us.

Just love 'em all, that's why the wife and I foster Golden retrievers.
