    Gettin ready for kraut dogs

    Doggone deer ate up my cabbage this year . . .

    Went and bought some from the store . . .

    Started on my winter supply of kraut . . . first time in several years . . .

    Good work Mr. Dwight! Cabbage has certain nutrients that are good for the heart.

    Yum yum Yall eat good. Had a kraut dog for supper using store bought kraut..not as good as that but not bad. lol. We like em laid flat and open faced on toasted hamburger buns topped with split and fried weenies..chili..cheese chopped onions kraut and mustard. Best ate with a fork and a few napkins. lol.

    Sounds like something I'd put together . . .

    Don't get a big bunch of chances though . . . out of the family of 4 . . . nobody else eats hot dogs . . . it's all up to me . . . and I just may keep that recipe.

    LOL i stay with the Traditional Austrian one with Austrian Debreciner or Frankfurter.
