Post a picture of your “healthy” meal.

I cut out the junk and processed foods and am eating high nutrition foods now. This is what I made last night.

    Grilled Salmon
Stir fried Brussel Sprouts. Just a little avocado and sesame oil
Tomatoes with a drizzle of olive oil and Italian seasonings

    That looks delicious!

Here's one I made a few months ago, a cold supper.

Blood Mary Soup in chilled salted glasses. French Potato Salad. Cold Glazed Ham with Apples.

All of the recipes originally came from Serve It Cold! A Cookbook of Delicious Cold Dishes (1968).

    No camera handy.

1 1/2 pound sirloin, marinated in wooster and soy. Garlic cloves infused, black pepper and sage . Grilled on applewood.

One pot deal of veggies, potatoes, carrots, then throw in broccoli on top.

    A complete well balanced meal.

Well, if you've seen any slice of lean salmon and a side of asparagus you've already seen my average evening meal.

PS. Hawgrider, you always make me laugh...

EXCELLENT HAWG! I remember seeing the pics of the Graduation Party Pig!

Matter of fact, I believe it is every person's right upon graduation to receive a GRADUATION PARTY PIG and their Grandfather's Obligation to prepare one!!!!!!!!

(That looks dang good by the way!)

Sausage gravy ladled over top of 2 biscuits, . . . broken open with slices of tomato, one covering each.

Add a couple of hen fruit, fried in bacon grease.

Topped off with a large slice of home made Apple pie, . . . vanilla ice cream.

    Healthy? Mebbe not, . . .

But there ain't enough salmon and asparagus in the world worth trading, . . . IMHO of course.

Life is worth living, . . . and I like my menu better.

    May God bless,
    Dwight

That food sure looks tasty. I quit eating things like that because it gave me boobs and a big gut. It only took about 4 months of healthy eating to make the boobs and gut go away.
