A DECLARATION OF THE RIGHTS OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE COMMONWEALTH, OR STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA:: [Pennsylvaia was a very different place then, just look at Philly today, compared to 1776 AD.]
[And it is regrettable that their original confrontational ways, about how government should work, has been lost.]

VI. That those who are employed in the legislative and executive business of the State, may be restrained from oppression, the people have a right, at such periods as they may think proper, to reduce their public officers to a private station, and supply the vacancies by certain and regular elections.

Heat veggie oil to 375 degrees. Drop chicken strips into oil and fry for around 15 minutes. The lightly coated chicken comes out light and tender with not a lot of flour coating.

When finished drain the oil and take the drippings and add some milk and a bit of rice flour to make a roux-gravy. Add some pepper and you have a nice dipping sauce for your chicken strips.

Give it a try! You'll say "Thanks Slippy"!

I'll say "that's Colonel Slippy to you knuckleheads"!

(disclaimer; recipe stolen from mother in law!)
Sounds yummy. What is up with no gluten? Some kinda physical ailment? Back in the old bread machine hobby I bought gluten to go in the bread if the four didnt have enough. I dont think they thought it was dangerous back in those days.
