    Chernobyl has fungi growing and thriving on the reactors. A glimpse at the post apocalypse environment and organisms? Will humans adapt in time? Opinions.

    No. it would take too long to morph humans into that. If I could find my slide rule I would run the math. The odds of it happening anywhere in the universe any point in time is unlikely...most likely.

    PBS had a good special on Chernobyl a few years back. Most wildlife was close but away from the reactors.

    Concerning the fungi, may be a remnant population that evolved when the earth didn't have much ozone layer.

    Japan? Well there is Mothra and Godzilla

    So like oil spills we just let the fungi eat the radiation. When it is gone they die all good move back in.
    New life as a house husband, major shift in duties.
