Facial hair reduces the effectiveness of the respirators, quite a bit. I prefer full face, more comfortable and better protection

Hubs brings all types of these home from work all the time. The part about them I hate is how they steam up. I do think the full face are safer but incredibly claustrophobic for me. Hubs does a lot of stainless welding and when I help him he makes me wear one, so I get lots of practice in them.
Full face for ebola. It is a splashy disease with puss and oozing. Eye protection is a must so keep clear safety glasses if you use a painters mask (or else you may be tempted to remove the shades indoors.)
i got a pair of NBC masks for it + lot of hospital and N95 masks...Good form fitting gogs
