    Me too, especially sweet onions. They are also quite alkaline, and can help maintain a healthier PH in your body if eaten regularly with acidic foods like meat. That's why a juicy steak need to be smothered in onions and mushrooms!

    Greenhouse is not heated, so, It's still producing arugula and growing cauliflower

    I contacted one of the companies, Ceres Greenhouse Solutions ®, that architects the thermal induction systems. Call with them on Monday to see about adding that external to my existing greenhouse

    Steak needs to be smothered in onion and mushrooms because it taste good.

    Here's an idea, not as grand, but could help some extend the growing season maybe.

    10. For a cold frame in late winter, we prop old windows against straw bales. When I know we’re in danger of a frost, I take old bean poles and jab them into the ends of my beds, throw old sheets over them, use stones or bricks to hold down the edges, and voilą!     Pretty cool, huh? It's a fun idea. The winters here are too cold, but could work for early spring.
