    don't forget the lip balm.

    remember to stick some chapstick/blistex/burtsbees -what ever in you edc/bob.
    might want to drop a couple hot hand packs in there too!!!

    yes out at remote location B all day in the wind and cold my lips are chaped

    I always have a Chapstick in my pocket. It has been part of my edc before even knew what edc was.

    BTW don't buy at the convenience store either; you can get 8 blistex on amazon for like $10.5; talk about decent barter items for SHTF they can melt but I don't know if they ever go bad?

    More you buy the less it gets too. Under a buck is easy to find if you buy a few dozen.

    Vaseline also works but might get bulky to carry around a jar in the pocket.

    When I was a medic in the guard.. we use to throw it away....

    If it says petroleum or other GAS ingredients.. dont use it

    Dang..if we speaking of vaseline. I know a guy who cured himself of a terminal case of jock itch using the stuff. Did not realize it was bad. Thanks for the scoop.

    there is nothing wrong with petroleum jelly AKA; Vaseline.
    and it has more uses than you can imagine.
    you can also mix baby oil and hand/skin lotion 50/50 in the bottles for a sun screen or help with winter dry skin. Just remember to shake it up before application.
