Would it be possible to sterilize the part that attaches to the patient?

I ask this because I use a Nebulizer for asthma and sinus conditions. I can take apart the tube, the medicine chamber and the mouthpiece and boil them.

    Is that an option here?

    Sterilizing is not the issue.
A stoma is when the bowel is cut and pulled up and out of abdomen then it pulled inside out and connected to the outside of the abdomen. This allows fecal matter to pass out of the body and is normally collected in a bag to be disposed of.
The appliance in question is a sticky wax with a cloth bandaid covering on the away from the body side and sticky wax side against the skin with hole cut into its middle to fit around the stoma to seal and protect the surrounding skin from fecal matter which would cause sores over time. A plastic bag is connected to this appliance with a fitting like a Tupperware snap system that keeps the two pieces together.
These are made to be used for only 3 or 4 days and disposed of.
