    DIY Pool noodle fishing jugs

This one is a cheap no brainer. Great for your long term food plan as well as for a weekend of fishin. All you need is some of those foam pool noodles like wally world sells and a spool of line. Cut up the noodle into one or so foot sections and affix as much line to each one as you like. Then add a hook and sinker and you're good to go. Of course this also works with actual jugs but I've found these to be better and more compact. A dozen fit just right into a milk crate. When you're done just wrap the line around the noodle and stick the hook into the foam for storage. Depending on hook size these will catch just about any freshwater fish. When they take the bait they will hook themselves. Free float them or tie em off to the bank. Enjoy.

And always remember some advice I learned from a former inmate: even the fish wouldn't get caught if they kept their mouth shut!

    The noodle thing is excellent!

But the advice at the end is PRICELESS!

(I think I want to adopt Ark...I'm sure I get some work out of him as well as some good one-liners!)
