for climate change research, technology, international assistance, and adaptation
That there is plenty of money to build a wall in two, three years at most based on estimations of 12-26 billion price tag.

Yep, government waste is rampant. The UN is classed as waste, IMHO.

Enforcing the immigration laws we already have would save money too.

I didn't know US was sending financial aid to Mexico, sounds like this aid will help build your wall.

I think that with a stroke of the executive pen the incoming administration could redirect billions in seized drug assets to build the wall. Once it's completed we continue diverting these funds until it is completely paid for. Drug money has to be used for drug interdiction, law enforcement etc. I think building a barrier against the cartels certainly inhibits their trafficking. In the end, Los Zetas, Sinoloa and New Breed will have paid for the wall....................And they are Mexicans.

The Wall will be only one of a multi-front assault on the illegal immigration issue - the minute actual contractor work starts you'll see protesting that'll make the pipeline protesting in North Dakota seem like a PTA meeting - don't be too surprised when the Mexico side starts taking gunfire - that's going to be one huge confrontation ....
