Been into Prepping and Bushcraft for a few years and am certain I'd survive for a week in the wild (spent a decent amount of time in the forest alone when i was a kid living in the countryside). I have been scaling up my preparedness lately (buying Sawyer waterfilter in bulk for family members) because of world events and I'm also taking up long distance hiking this summer, I've noted that one can learn a lot from throughhikers.
After my fathers death i found some of his writings that spoke of his thoughts of preparedness and it made sense for me to pick it up after his passing. We're currently having a surge of prepping in Sweden since many people are discovering that we dismantled the civil defence in the 1990s and the world is unfortunately changing faster than our government can wake up from it's 20 year snooze.
Hehe, well I have nothing against guns, and i'm not a socialist.
I've just never thought about getting a weapons before, i've fired an AK5, AK4 and Glock in the Armed Forces and some air rifles when i was a kid but i never thought of weapons than anything else than tools to hunt with.
Ya got lots of muzzie targets, Yah?
you'd do the country a favor, especially the women...
Next to Germany and France, Sweden did a great job of societal suicide.

Most people talk about it and the biggest problem is closer to home. The Finns have the problem at their doorstep, and there is some sort of secret alliance going on between the only two neutral countries in the nordics. We're not joining Nato even if more and more people seem to want to, but there has been negotiations directly with the US, and as an older guy i know we've had cooperation with the US for quite some time (signals intelligence) even though we're "neutral" on paper.
Even the old socialist leader Olof Palme was an ex intelligence guy (He worked at "T-kontoret", the T office) and as he expressed it "complain about the US politics (vietnam) if you want, but thank god for their existance". There were no delusions back in the days as to who was the enemy.
This was confirmed later on when a bag was found in a diplomatic vault in Washington which caused lots of debate, since i cannot post links yet, search for "vaskan i washington", get the link for part one and use translate.google.com to read it.
Dang that was very interesting and informative. Looks like them folks have a lot of fun twice a year..lol. Too bad the parties have them nasty old pagan roots. Gloog looks tasty. The cute lady was a little chuntzy with the vodka is the only fault I could find to nag about.

Yep...Christains surely did swipe Christmas away from the godless heathens. Good point. What works for the goose works also for the grander. Now tell us where yall get them good lookng Dads? Thanks. Fella around here puts on a big boil/brawl once a year. Drives his truck to 40 miles East of Shreveport to deal with his kin. He say the Cajuns keep the nice ones for themselves and ships the puny ones to Texas. He gets the ones they are trying to keep for themselves. In fact that blessed event is coming up shortly.
Hey I have a plan. Why dont just heat to to boiling and make the Alchohol go away. Even Church of Christ folks and the Doctor might go for that angle. Would leave out the white dog kicker..no use to waste good hooch on that deal.
