Me either, my stupid laptop puts everything on the cloud besides being on the computer by itself. I am trying to figure out how to turn it off. Everything I want backed up I put on disk and on a thumb drive.

I have a mix of stuff. Easiest to emp proff back up drives , computer and solar charger from my point of view. This is one area I am personally lagging with. If you have the time and storage to print everything, kudos to you.

How else will the 3 letter agencies know what you are up to, clouds feed directly into a large data mining center in UT.

Not too far off, I know MSoft Azure are a bunch of bastards and let big data get mined off of their platforms, they also provide State level govt with some cloud based services - a contract I worked on in Chicago we built an application suite to host on Azure so they were definitely getting snooped

AWS has a seperate enclave for govt entities, my I2C and S3 instances are all private and wont get put up since I use Route 53 linked to an outside DNS provider based in europe (granted Euros probably also snoop it)

    Not sure about rackspace though

Hell, I got the time but my cheap butt is not going to pay for that much ink. Not when black ink is around $20.00 a pop.

If by "info" you mean, life sustaining reference materials, (ie, a small library of books that would help one live like it's 1867) then I only trust hard copy. I have a ton of 'stuff' in digital formats but if it's critical documents or info I may need to save my bacon, I have physical copies. A lot of things we hold near and dear in life are really just fluff.

I have most of my stuff on a 64G micro SD card. A laptop takes too much power so I use my nook HD, I can charge it easily with a portable solar charger and it lasts a longer then a laptop battery.

You'll be surprised Staples Office Max etc will print your PDF's and spiral bind the rather inexpensively.
Of course that's assuming you have space to file them...
